Childrens & Youth Ministry
We hope you find it useful.
Our aim is to teach all children the Gospel message of Jesus Christ in a relevant and exciting way. We pray that your children will enjoy taking part in our activities, and come to have a personal relationship with Jesus for themselves.
At Kidz Church we hope our time together is fun, a place to make new friends, and to share our love of Jesus together.
During our Sunday morning sessions we have time for lively worship, prayer, craft and sporting activities. So that our time can be rewarding we have sessions for 3 different age groups:
- Pre-school (The Ark) 0 – 5yrs
- Kidz Church: 5 – 11yrs
- Youth: 11 – 17yrs
We have several adults that help run the sessions, but our work is overseen by Darren Hill our Children’s, Youth and Family Worker.
At Alive Christian Ministries we take the protection of our children and vulnerable adults seriously. We have a comprehensive Safeguarding Policy available to read on request.
If you would like to raise any concerns in relation to safeguarding then contact our safeguarding co-ordinator Kay Richards, or our safeguarding officer, Darren Hill.
We ask parents to be aware that outside of the supervised activities for children and youth, they are responsible for the welfare and care of their own children and that the site is open to all members of the public.
